Once through the grand stone gates, this historic manor is a story book setting for your event. Whether it’s your wedding day, special occasion or corporate function, Hunting Creek Farms rustic elegance is nothing short of spectacular. On site is a 150 year old historic farm home used for our wedding ceremonies. There is also a barn styled banquet hall and original restored tobacco shed. The Farm’s 9,000 square foot banquet facility will accommodate 350+ guests. To add to the charm, on the farm grounds is our beautiful stone and wrought iron horse stables — home to our team of eight award winning Clydesdales. We also have a picturesque vineyard nested in the rolling hills.
We do require the use of one of our approved Caterers. You do have the choice of other vendors. To assist with your search, please see our list of vendors we love who we have been pleased to work with for previous events.
An event planner is on site to assist with all of your planning needs.
Venue Rental Pricing Guidelines
Up to 100 guests $4,200.00
101 to 200 guests $5,200.00
201 to 300 guests $6,200.00
All venue rentals are for Saturday
$500.00 refundable security deposit is due 45 days prior to event
To hold event date all of the following are required:
• 50% of event rental price
• signed event rental contract
• signed release and indemnity
• signed alcohol policy
Rental includes the following:
• 9,000 sq ft event facility, parking
• trash disposal
• grounds that are permissible
• prep kitchen
• host person
• 30 round dining tables
• use of grounds for photo session
• 100 White folding chairs (Additional chairs $1.25/chair up to 300 chairs )
Other services priced per request:
• horse drawn carriage
• tractor pulled trolley
